Return Process

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the package from your registered address within 48-72 business hours.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
